1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cliqi ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Cliqi is an automated trading agent that executes cryptocurrency token purchases based on user interactions with social media posts. The Service includes:

• Automatic detection of token contract addresses from X (Twitter) posts
• Smart wallet creation and management
• Automated token swaps on Solana and Base networks
• Risk assessment and safety checks
• Trade execution and notifications
• Automated public trade execution alerts posted to X by our bot account (@cliqibot)

3. Automated X (Twitter) Notifications

By using Cliqi, you acknowledge and consent to the following automated activity on X (Twitter):

• Our automated bot account (@cliqibot) will post public trade execution alerts that mention your X username when a trade is executed on your behalf
• These posts are standalone informational alerts and do not post to or from your personal X account
• Trade alerts include: token name, contract address, amount spent, blockchain, transaction hash, and timestamp
• If you reach your daily trade limit on the free tier, a public notification may be posted mentioning your username
• All automated posts include an "Automated via Cliqi" disclosure in compliance with X platform rules
• Your X account OAuth connection is read-only, Cliqi never posts from or modifies your personal account

The @cliqibot account is labeled as an automated account on X in accordance with X's automation rules. You may request to opt out of public trade alerts by contacting us, though this may limit certain features of the Service.

4. Risk Disclosure

By using Cliqi, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Tokens may be subject to rug pulls, honeypots, or other scams
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• You may lose your entire investment
• Cliqi is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Conduct your own research before trading any token
• Set appropriate risk limits and spending caps
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering

6. Fees and Payments

Cliqi charges fee on each successful trade. Additional fees may apply from:

• Blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees)
• DEX (Jupiter, Uniswap) swap fees
• Slippage during trade execution

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Failed transactions may still incur network fees.

7. Wallet and Fund Security

Cliqi uses custodial wallet to manage user funds. While we implement industry standard security measures:

• You are responsible for securing your account access
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Only deposit funds you can afford to lose
• Regularly withdraw profits to external wallets you control
• We are not liable for losses due to smart contract vulnerabilities or hacks

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliqi and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Token scams, rug pulls, or honeypots
• Failed transactions or execution delays
• Third-party services (DEXs, RPC providers, blockchain networks)
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Implement rate limits or usage restrictions
• Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
• Exposes us to legal liability

Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds from your wallets.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
